WOD:    Toes To Bar Biathlon
400m Run
18 Toes To Bar (L2-KTC, L1-Leg Swings)
400m Run
15 Toes To Bar (L2-KTC, L1-Leg Swings)
400m Run
12 Toes To Bar (L2-KTC, L1-Leg Swings)
*Each time the athlete breaks a set of Toes To Bar / KTC,  they must run a 100M x 2
