LifeFit Starts Again

Take a rest day and watch some football!

Are you looking to start the new year with a new body? Check out our LiftFit Program that starts January 5th. It's perfect introduction to CrossFit. These classes will be cardio driven and very little weight will be used. Check out the image for more information.

Our Holiday Schedule. I know some of you will be out of town but we're gonna try to be open as much as possible.
-Wednesday, December 24 – One workout at 10AM.
-Thursday, December 25 – Closed for Christmas Holiday. All regular classes will be canceled.
-Friday, December 26 – Closed for Christmas Holiday. All regular classes will be canceled.
-Saturday, December 27 -One workout at 10AM.
- Wednesday, December 31 – regular schedule except for 6:00PM and 7:00PM. Both these classes have been cancelled
-Thursday, January 1 – Closed for New Year’s Day. All regular classes will be canceled.
-Friday, January 2 - regular schedule except for 6:00PM and 7:00PM. Both these classes have been cancelled

Paindeer Games


Join us for an intimate competition / toy drive. Spaces will be limited. We want to collect toys for needy children in nearby communities. This will be our 3rd annual toy drive. Come compete, have some fun and help out some needy children. In addition to your registration fee, we ask you to bring a new unwrapped toy. Help us feel our tire xmas tree full of toys!
